The Youth we serve
UtilityGuru.AI supports underserved young adults—including those aging out of foster care—who are ready to work but lack access, exposure, and guidance. Many have the drive but not the direction. We help them understand what’s possible, providing mentorship and training that provides the support to take their first real step toward a utility career.
The Bridge we Provide
We are not an apprenticeship program—we’re the step before that. UtilityGuru.AI offers foundational training, career awareness, safety mindset, and mentorship to prepare young adults for utility and infrastructure career pathways. We help them become ready for programs like PG&E’s PowerPathway® and other entry level career opportunities.
